NEW YORK (Reuters) – Donald Trump’s lawyers on Tuesday asked for permission to file a formal motion asking the judge overseeing his upcoming criminal trial on charges stemming from hush money paid to a porn star to recuse himself, the second time they have sought to get him off the case.
