Spam Detention

In order to help detect spam, we collect the information that is shown in the comment form. This is whenever a user makes comments on the site. The picture from your profile will be shown along with the comment to everyone after it has been moderated and approved. Please also keep in mind that we do not approve comments that contain a link(s). This is to protect our readers from malicious attacks. In this regard, any comment that contains a link is trashed.

Media

Take note that any photos you upload to the website do not contain any embedded location data. This is because visitors to the website can download and get location information from any photos that are hosted on the site.

Cookies

You will be given the opportunity to save your particulars (name, email, etc.) in the form of cookies. This is anytime you make a comment on our website. This is so that you won’t have to re-enter your details every time you post a new comment on the site. These cookies will remain for a year.

Also, we will check to see if your browser supports cookies. This is by setting a temporary cookie on your computer when you visit the page where you log in. This cookie doesn’t have any information that could be used to identify you, and as soon as you close your browser, it will be deleted.

It is within your right to request an exported file containing all of your personal information that we currently have under our control. This includes any information you gave us when you signed up for an account or sent us comments.

Also, you have the right to request that we remove any personally identifiable information we may have stored about you. This doesn’t include any information that we have to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
