MOSCOW (Reuters) – А foreign citizen detained in Russia’s Vladivostok on suspicion of theft faces up to five years in prison, the regional interior ministry office said on Tuesday.

It did not state the man’s nationality, but details of the case appeared to match that of a U.S. soldier whose arrest in Vladivostok was reported earlier.
