WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States has issued a cyber related designation on Russian national Dmitriy Yurevich Khoroshev, who it said is also known as “LOCKBITSUPP,” according to a notice posted on the U.S. Treasury Department’s website on Tuesday.
